REGISTRATION

Registration is required to attend all the virtual scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation e-mail will sent to each participant once the payment of the registration fee has been received. 

Registration fee includes registration, welcome pack and abstract book.

CANCELLATION POLICY (REGISTRATION) 

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail) to the Technical Secretariat according to the following conditions.

Please, note cancellations received:  

  • Until February 28th, 2021 - 60% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • From February 28th, 2021 till April 28th, 2021 - reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid.
  • After April 28th, 2021 - no refund can be processed.

The decision to adopt this cancellation policy is due to the costs generated by the postponement of the congress due to the situation caused by the covid pandemic19 and which, the organization must assume.
